Robin Elaiho, PMP, is a results-driven Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in IT solutions, strategic account management, and technical project execution. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tennessee State University and a PMP certification since 2013, she has spent over a decade leading cross-functional teams, driving technology adoption, and managing complex projects in cloud-based data analytics, enterprise storage systems, and software/hardware testing.
As a Technical Account Manager at Glassbeam Inc., Robin led the deployment of cloud-based data analytics software within IBM’s Storage Systems division, increasing adoption by 10%. She collaborated with engineering and solutions teams on new projects and provided dedicated technical support, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction. Previously, at IBM, she held key leadership roles, including SAN Hardware Test Team Lead, Worldwide Project Manager, and Quality Architecture and Assurance Lead, contributing to system integration, testing improvements, and product reliability.
Robin has multiple patents in data storage innovation and was honored with the IBM First Plateau Invention Achievement Award. She was also named one of Tucson’s 40 Under 40 for her professional excellence and community contributions.
